Primary and secondary research.

  • Writing effective creative briefs and collaborating with the internal creative team to arrive at effective advertising.
  • Conducting internal training sessions.
  •  Conducting brand workshops for client teams to co-create communication solutions.
  •  Presenting to the client, a comprehensive understanding of the market, consumer, the brand and suggest a strategic way forward in terms of communication, advertising and other promotional activities.
  •  Leading and managing the local planning team.
  •  Recommendations on business strategy post understanding the client’s business and challenges.
  •  Representing the agency at training sessions for college students.
  •  Assist on pitches for new business development
  •  Use of big picture thinking, storytelling, insights, criteria development tools and synthesis in the development of agreed-upon end-goals.
  •  Developing positioning recommendations, guide market research analysis and define brand elements and tone.
  •  Developing ideas and pinpointing business problems
  •  Commissioning external qualitative and quantitative research
  •  Keeping up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customers’ views and attitudes
  •  Undertaking qualitative and quantitative research activities
  •  Conducting brainstorming sessions with internal stakeholders
  •  Developing a creative brief to align and equip the creative team with the strategic communication plans
  •  Evaluating campaign effectiveness
  •  Analyzing sales data
  •  Finding ways to further enhance the branding of a product or service, as well as developing a marketing plan through analysis of current market data and trends.
  •  Should be forward-thinking to anticipate future trends and success of a product or service and be detail-oriented, as well as be familiar with statistics and research analysis.
